You work directly with our shipping claims expert to adjudicate your claim.
Collect value documentation (invoice, memo, etc.), photos of items, including original contents for damaged and missing items, and a police report if applicable (this is required for crimes or losses involving Rolex or GIA products). Claims can still proceed without some documents.

On your shipment dashboard, locate the shipment and click “File a Claim.”
The claim form will open with pre-filled shipment details.
